Elatec TWN4 allows users to read and write almost all tags and chips at frequencies of 125kHz, 134.2kHz and 13.56 MHz. It supports all major transponders from various suppliers such as ATMEL, EM, ST, NXP, TI, HID, LEGIC, INSIDE etc. and ISO standards such as ISO14443A, ISO14443A-4 (T = CL), ISO14443B, ISO14443B-4 (T = CL), ISO15693, ISO18092 / ECMA-340 (NFC).
 
The TWN4 generation of sensors is a direct successor to the successful TWN3 series, it comes in the same dimensions. The sensor supports communication via USB and its reading distance is up to 10 cm depending on the type of tag/chip.
