The Honeywell PX940 prints labels in both thermal transfer and direct thermal mode nearly 100% error-free, thanks to label verification technology. It is ideally tailored to the requirements in transportation, logistics, retail and the industry. A robust metal print mechanism, a stable print head and the tools-free replacement of the platen roller reduce downtimes and maintenance requirements to a minimum.
The PX940 prints quickly at 350 mm/sec. and extremely accurately at up to +/-0.3 mm, even onto small labels from edge to edge. With pass/fail and ANSI grades from 1 to 4, bad labels are voided and a new label is reprinted. The PX940 has a fast 1 GB dual-core processor, 1 GB DDR3 RAM, 256 MB flash memory, plus USB 2.0, Ethernet and RS-232 interfaces. It speaks all common printer languages – ZPL (ZSim2), Datamax and Intermec – and operation is comfortable via its 3.5" touch LCD display. Honeywell offers the PX940 in two versions: with and without an integrated verifier. Both versions are available with Bluetooth and intelligent print functions.
