On stockPurchasing a comprehensive warranty extends the factory warranty to repairing accidental damage and replacing a worn printhead.
You can purchase an extended warranty within 30 days of your initial label printer purchase. During the extended warranty period, TSC will keep your critical printing applications running without interruption. The warranty period commences on the original purchase by the buyer (end user), other than for purposes of resale.
Can be purchased in variants for 2-5 years.
The warranty includes:
- Repair of a malfunctioning electrical part of the printer
- Repair broken or cracked mechanical parts of the printer (does not apply to accessories and batteries)
- Repair of a defective display even in case of physical damage
- Replacement of the print head and platen roller in case of normal wear and physical damage
- Repair other damaged parts of the printer, such as the plastic cover, if damage prevents the printer from functioning properly
